 Colwyn Borough is located in the Southern end of Delaware County Pennsylvania. Although Colwyn is a small community we are self sufficient with our own Police and Fire Company in addition to our very own newly renovated Colwyn Elementary School. Colwyn is approximately 80% residential, 10% commercial and 10% industrial with local stores and shops which some provide services world wide. Colwyn as mentioned is a small community on the rise. Our residents can enjoy our various parks and recreational areas which contain exciting obstacles for the children to enjoy. The leadership of Colwyn strives to ensure they provide a fun and safe community and neighborhood for all the residents.
